Refund and Exchange Policy

Refunds are extended in light of any error in our part or if for an unforeseen reason a product became unavailable. Refunds under these circumstances are for 100% or for the full value of your purchase.  Exchanges are accepted if product arrives damaged or expired (Due to internal policy, all of our products have a minimum valid date of at least 6 months before expiration). All returns must be made within 30 days upon receipt of the product(s). For specific expiration requirements by the client, we must first be contacted to verify we can fulfill such a request.

The following terms would apply:

  • There is up to a 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from the corresponding Credit amount.
  • Customer must bear the freight and/or postage cost for returning the product/s.
  • Product/s should be in the same condition as when sent, that is unused and in the original box and/or packaging.
  • Credit will be granted once the product/s is placed back into inventory.
  • Credit applies only to the product. It does not cover original postage or freight.
  • All international orders are final and cannot be returned.
